An option for that GNO [Girl’s Night Out] look is one that fits to please and keeps you far from “tailored” stress – introducing the lace bodysuit. Where it comes into play is quite beneficial; Exhibit A) those pants that sit comfortably above the waist but require a shirt to stay tucked in. A bodysuit guarantees you a sophisticated appearance without the worry of fabric riding up and baring some or all. Nobody needs to think about that when the night is young, or heating up.

To be honest, I didn’t think bodysuits or tied lace would be considerations of mine but I’m happy I gave the style a try. Lacey long sleeve detail, such as this suit from Bare Anthology, adds a unique touch and is surprisingly insulating for those chilly spring nights. Tying the suit up front & center definitely grabs attention as opposed to my other night out pieces – like those solid high necks, if ya know what I mean. But the addition of the sleeves helps to keep it more conservative than most other styles I’ve seen, which is a great way to start out with a relatively risqué piece. Shop similar below:
