This week must have been one for the books in terms of super sales; both Zara and Topshop were offering 2+ store levels of clothing more affordable than ever before. Not to mention, pieces I never knew existed — due to the whole regional targeting thing.

For the longest time now, I’ve wanted an olive jumpsuit that can casually wear with sandals like above or dress up with a pair of black booties. Plus, how great is this sleeveless option for summer? The pearl choker has been a hot trend in the Zara dept and I couldn’t help myself but jump on the band wagon.

On a sentimental note, finding and now wearing this utility jumpsuit strongly reminds me of my cousin who passed away earlier this month. He was a marine corp pilot and during his training, he had to wear suits similar to this — of course, in sand color and the real deal. I miss him very much but I’m glad I found something special at one of my favorite stores to remind me of the better times.
