The concrete jungle is notorious for noise, especially in my neck of the woods. All the more reason to venture uptown to discover new – and quieter – places as a quick escape. I ended up in a faux suburbia wearing faux fur and when compared to the rest of the neighborhood residents, my #ootd was as loud as traffic in midtown.

BUT WHO CARES – THIS COAT IS PURRRRFECT. Sorry, I had to; it’s my new favorite outwear piece. Despite searching for a leopard coat for quite some time, I got this one during one of Mango’s super sales. On a more casual day I’d pair this up with regular wash jeans and a beanie but this particular ensemble is great for a night out. The best part? With only one layer underneath – a thin shirt nonetheless – I’m as warm as a 4-layered betch would be. Shop similar below:
