We all know the tune to “Walking in a Winter Wonderland” and in celebration of the month of December, my gal pal Kelssey of Styled Blonde and myself have teamed up to showcase our modernized versions of winter. Note how we both ended up sporting the same shade of boots!? Great minds think alike ;]

Despite NJ’s very few bipolar days of warmth, we can’t hide the fact that 30 below is here to stay for a good three months. Time to mentally and physically prepare for the cold ahead and what better way to do so than with an oversized faux fur vest. I’ve probably featured this one particular piece once a week for the past month of November…and clearly keeping the trend rolling into the 12th and final month of the year.

White pieces and anything of the sort are not over once Labor Day Weekend ends, which is why I’ve chosen to sport it head to toe. If you think snow, you can wear its color just as confidently. Mixing with beige and neutrals only enhances the coziness of the hue. I want to bring to everyone’s attention that the bag I’m sporting is truly perfect. I’ve needed a shoulder bag this size and shape for a while and thanks to my friends at Handbag Heaven, I have the perfect addition to a casual ensemble or an evening dinner affair.
